The company’s sales are mostly to domestic clients such that exports constitute 3% of overall sales as of today. 70% of the sales are against customer cheques with an average maturity of 5-6 months whereas the remaining sales are on open account with an average collection period of 120 days.
Shareholder structure changed two years ago after the current major shareholder’s brother has sold back his shares. Subsequently, the new management has adopted a new strategy and shifted towards larger clients more from working with small companies.
