Shop Fitting and Signage: £11,000 (plus reclaimable VAT)
The cost may vary depending on factors such as the size of the unit, window frontage, and condition of the premises. It is possible for the cost to be lower, and we have control over costs that may be significantly higher by choosing alternative premises.
Additional ‘Key Costs’: £8,750 (plus reclaimable VAT)
This estimate includes a one-quarter rent deposit (based on an example rent of £25,000) and conveyancing costs of £2,500 with your lawyer. Please note that these cost estimates are subject to variation and require confirmation.
